From start to finish, my customer experience with First4grades has been exceptional. I was in need of a science certificate for university and within 48 hours of ordering my certificate, it was at my door and is exactly the same as my certificates from the original governing body. I needed an online gcse service to have certified my gcse and was advised on the best site to add to the certificate, as well as the best dates to add for it to be deemed legitimate with the university. I have since sent the certificate to the university and have started my degree as planned, with all being accepted, even with the checks done through the university to check legitimacy. Outstanding service and communication by Mike. Was very quickly notified via email to an error I made regarding my template choice after ordering, which got fixed promptly. After receiving my certificate, I noticed that I forgot to specify QAN codes which were present on my genuine cert during the order phase. Sending an email to Mike explaining the situation, I was sent a replacement free of charge, which arrived at my doorstep only 24 hours later. Great company that truly cares for its customers.

I was so doubtful of this service at first because I've been ripped off by one before but honestly you wouldnt believe the quality of these things! I honestly can't fault this company, everything it says on this website is true. The certificates are of excellent quality, quick turnaround, very friendly and honest, I initially paid the deposit for 3 certificates as I thought each subject came on a separate certificate [so these fellas could have made extra money out of me] but they emailed straight away to say I could have all subjects on one certificate, I can afford my wife a Xmas pressie now :-D. I am very glad I found this company, I highly recommend.

I ordered 2 certificates from a different online company, cost me £540 and the quality of them was terrible and I couldn't get my money back. I ordered certificates from this company as a last resort and I am really happy with the quality and the service. Definitely worth every penny

I placed an order and within 2 days I had the certificate so very quick turnaround. The communication was brilliant but please check your junk folder as I thought I had been ripped off yet again but the emails I were sent were going into my junk folder. But overall I am very happy with the certificates and the whole service.
