How realistic are the certificates?
They are very credible. The templates have been copied from original certificates by professional Graphic Designers. The certificates are printed on high quality card using professional Graphic Design printers.

 

I have emailed you or placed an order but haven't had any response?

We always respond to messages and we always get back to customers who have made orders. If you don't hear from us, please check your spam/junk folder (especially if you have an icloud or gmail email address). Or you can add us to your email address book firstforgrades@yahoo.com, this way our emails will go into your inbox rather than your junk/spam folder.

If in the event you do make an order and we can't reach you, we will refund your deposit through Paypal and leave a message on the Paypal refund receipt.

On quite a few occasions customers have given the wrong email address and so we haven't been able to return messages so please make sure that your email address is correct.

Why aren't there photographs of the full certificates on each page?

We have used abstract images of our certificates as other companies were copying from our templates and have even used our photographs on their websites. One company has even copied and pasted text from a certificate description paragraph. We would love to add the photographs of the full certificates but it is very frustrating for us, after years of hard work and researching logo's, templates, signatures etc for someone to use our work. If you would like to see more photographs then please just contact us and we will be happy to send you more.

Are the holograms the same as the originals?
The holograms have been copied from originals, they may differ slightly but they are very convincing.

Why is the price so low compared to other websites....are there any hidden extras?
The quality of our certificates is very high and we pay great attention to detail, the low prices do not reflect on the quality of the certificates. Some sites charge ridiculous prices for their certificates but we are a small business who want to provide a cheap but proficient service for our customers. There is a few websites who are cheaper than us but their certificates are not of the same quality and standard as ours. We do not charge any extra for hologram stickers, watermarked card and we do not charge for postage. The price you see is the price you pay. On the other hand, there are companies that are selling certificates very cheaply, because of the high quality materials we use we cannot match their prices but we are not prepared to compromise on quality.

Why do I have to pay a deposit?
We charge a small deposit of £30 as the materials we use are expensive and each certificate takes a significant amount of time to create. And although we realise that this may be inconvenient to some of our customers, it saves us time and materials not having to complete 'Bogus' orders. The cost of the deposit will be deducted from the final price of your certificate. The deposit is non-refundable.

How long will I have to wait for my certificate?
Most orders are processed within 2 to 3 days (but please allow up to 7 days during busier periods) and posted first class. After you have submitted your form and paid your deposit we will contact you (as soon as possible) with proof photographs. If you don't receive an e-mail, please check your Junk/Spam box as sometimes e-mails will not reach your inbox. Once you have approved the photographs of your certificate we will post immediately after payment.
If you are ordering from overseas it will take significantly longer (approx 2 to 3 weeks). If you are in a hurry we can post via a courier but this will be £45 extra (courier charges) and your order should take approx 3 days to arrive. If you don't want to pay the extra we can send you PDF's scans before we post.

Can you do Degree Certificates?

No, we don't make degrees I am afraid as there are 100's of universities so it would be virtually impossible to copy the templates of them all.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. The postage costs are included in the cost of your certificate (unless you want it sent Express Courier (3 days) which is £45 extra)

 

How do I pay?

At the moment we accept 2 payment methods, Paypal and Cashapp.  

Is the postage method discrete?
Yes, we post in a hard backed plain brown envelope.

What will happen to all of my personal details that I have submitted on the form for my certificate?
As soon as you have confirmed that you have received your certificate and that you are happy with the product then we will delete all of your information from our system. We promise that we will never pass your personal details on to any third party.

After ordering, how long will you keep my order for?
If you make an order and we send you proof photographs if you don't respond to our emails then we will delete your information and shred your certificate after one month. If you reply to us and tell us that you want us to hang onto your certificate until a later date then we will keep it for you (for a maximum of 3 months). If we don't hear from you within a month then we will assume that you no longer want your order.
If we shred your certificate and delete your information from our system and you decide that you wanted the certificate after all, then you would have to fill in the order form again and pay another deposit so please respond to our emails if you want your certificate saving :) 

If I am not happy with my certificate will you issue me a refund?
Yes, if you are not satisfied with our service, we offer a no quibbles money back guarantee on all of our certificates. Please note that to receive a refund you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and please note that the refund does not include the deposit.

What happens if my certificate gets lost in the post?
We will e-mail you and tell you as soon as your certificate has been posted with an estimated delivery date. If your certificate doesn't come, just contact us and we will print and post you another.

Do you do any other certificates apart from those listed?
If you need a certificate that isn't listed on this website then contact us using the 'Contact us' button below with a photograph of the certificate you need and we will tell you whether or not it can be copied authentically.

Will my questions and queries be answered outside of office hours?
We aim to answer questions up until 10pm....if not then we will answer first thing in the morning.

How can I contact you?
You can click on the 'Contact us' button below and we will aim to get back to you within 24 hours. Because we are so busy, we can't contact anyone by telephone but we will email you back after you message your query as soon as possible.
